The Anxious Child - Understanding and Helping Your Child When They Are Anxious

This interactive online session will provide parents , caregivers, and teachers with practical tips and insights to help their children navigate through anxiety and help distinguish between worry and anxiety.

During the event, Jill Vetstein, Clinical Social Worker, Developmental Specialist, Child and Parent Therapist will share valuable information on understanding anxiety in children, identifying triggers, and implementing coping mechanisms. You'll gain valuable tools to create a supportive environment to help your child build resilience.

Whether your child experiences separation anxiety, social anxiety, or general anxiety, this event is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills to better support them.

*This training will be recorded. The first part of the training is presentation style with Q & A via the chat feature. No one’s faces or voices will be recorded. When the presentation has concluded, recording will be turned off so there will be an option to come on screen to ask questions and be interactive with Jill.
