Jill does not accept any health insurance. Payment is due at the time of service.

If you have out-of-network benefits:
Mental health services which include Integrative Mental Health, Parent Counseling, Play Therapy may be eligible for reimbursement from your insurance. You can learn more about how out-of-network benefits work here.

Jill accepts all major credit cards for all services. Credit card information is saved in a highly-secured, HIPAA compliant highly-secured platform. The card is automatically charged the fee for service the evening that the service is provided and an invoice will be sent via email.

Flexible Spending Account - If you do not use or have out-of-network benefits, you are able to use your HSA or Family Flex Spending accounts to make payment for any Mental Health Services. You may be able to use your HSA/FSA for energy healing services and may require a letter of necessity from your doctor to do so. Contact your HSA/FSA for more information.

Private Workshops and Trainings - The hiring agency/school/camp can make payment by check or may use a credit card. To help offset administrative costs, a $30 discount is available for payments made by check. Credit card payments are accepted at the full rate.

Private virtual trainings are flat fee. In person trainings have additional mileage/travel rates.

Public workshops, trainings and classes will be priced individually based on topic, length, virtual versus in person.

Consistent, ongoing work together always delivers the best results.

Integrative Mental Health, Play Therapy or Parent Counseling is available weekly or bi-weekly.

Parent Coaching is available weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.

Reiki sessions are available for adults or children on a weekly, bi weekly, monthly or as-needed basis.

Infant Massage Reiki is available up to 3 sessions.

Scheduling an appointment is a commitment to complete payment for that session. Bookings or appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without fees incurred if 24 hours’ notice is provided. If a session is cancelled or rescheduled with fewer than 24 hours’ notice, you agree to pay the full price for that session. Frequent recurrence of cancellations or rescheduling may result in termination of service. In the event of illness, a telehealth or virtual session may be offered at Jill’s discretion.

Workshops and Trainings - If a change of date is requested, Jill will do her best to accommodate based on availability. Cancellation can be made 30 days prior to the workshop date with no fee.

Cancellations made between 8 and 29 days prior to the workshop date will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total workshop fee.

There are no refunds are available for cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop.

Jill is dedicated to honoring her commitments. If, for any reason, she needs to reschedule, you’ll be notified as soon as possible. If cancellation by Jill is required, any fees received will be refunded in full.

Illness Policy

If you are feeling unwell, sessions may be moved to telehealth or virtual whenever possible and this is strongly encouraged. If you are too ill to participate virtually, you may cancel the session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be charged as a late cancellation at Jill’s discretion.

Telehealth Mental Health Therapy - Jill uses Zoom and will send you a link for your initial appointment. You’ll bookmark that personal private link for future telehealth meetings.

Virtual Energy Work and Reiki Sessions - Energy and Reiki Healing can be hands on or hands off therapies. Because Energy has no bounds, Jill can work with it from anywhere. The results are the same in person or virtual.

Virtual sessions are conducted through Zoom and are kept completely private and confidential. Once your appointment is scheduled, a Zoom link will be emailed. The session will begin with a discussion, followed by energy work.

You have the right to a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice that promotes relaxation and emotional balance. It may be offered with light touch, hands held above the body, or through distance sessions, allowing energy to flow where it is needed.

Inner Child Work supports healing from early emotional experiences that still influence your reactions today. By practicing re-parenting, you learn to meet triggered moments with compassion, reassurance, and care.

EFT/Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique) is an energy psychology modality that combines focused awareness with gentle tapping on acupressure points to reduce emotional stress and calm the nervous system.

Advanced Integrative Therapy (AIT) is a structured energy psychology method that helps release stored traumatic emotional energy from the body and nervous system. By focusing on a specific issue while moving through the body’s energy centers with breath and intentional hand placements, AIT helps clear emotional charge at its root often allowing for deep shifts more quickly than talk therapy alone.

Meditation is a guided practice used to calm the nervous system and bring you into a relaxed, focused state. It creates a foundation of safety and presence that supports deeper therapeutic and energy healing work.

Hypnosis is a guided, focused state of deep relaxation that helps quiet the conscious mind and access the subconscious more easily. In this calm, inward state, we can explore patterns, beliefs, and emotional roots with greater clarity. Jill often uses hypnosis to support deeper work such as inner child healing, parts work, or energy healing.

Dream Work helps uncover the symbolism and emotional messages within your dreams. By exploring what your subconscious is expressing, we gain insight into patterns, healing opportunities, and inner guidance.

Emotion Code is an energy psychology modality that helps identify and release trapped emotional energy from past experiences. Using muscle testing and a magnet passed along the body’s energy pathway, this technique works to clear emotional blocks that may be contributing to stress, patterns, or physical discomfort.

Psychotherapy is a structured, talk-based approach to healing that helps you explore emotional patterns, past experiences, and present challenges. Through increased awareness and practical tools, it supports deeper self-understanding and lasting transformation.

Cord Cutting is an energy-based practice that helps release unhealthy energetic attachments to people, past relationships, or experiences. This process supports emotional closure, clearer boundaries, and a greater sense of personal freedom. It does not remove healthy love or connection - only energetic ties that feel draining or no longer serve you.

Kinesiology/Muscle Testing is a gentle, non-invasive technique that uses subtle muscle responses to gather information about emotional or energetic stress in the body. It helps identify imbalances or trapped emotions and guide energy-based healing work. It does not require physical exertion.

Guide Work is a meditative process in which you connect with intuitive or spiritual guidance in a grounded, intentional way. Whether experienced as inner wisdom, symbolic imagery, or spiritual guides, this work supports clarity, reassurance, and alignment.

Chakra Balancing is an energy healing practice that focuses on clearing and aligning the body’s main energy centers (chakras). When these centers feel blocked or overactive, it can impact emotional, mental, or physical well-being. This process supports greater balance, grounding, and energetic flow and is often incorporated into Reiki or Quantum Light Wave Healing sessions.

Play Therapy is a developmentally appropriate therapeutic approach that helps children express emotions, process experiences, and build coping skills through play. Because play is a child’s natural language, it allows them to work through feelings and challenges in a safe, supportive environment.

Parts Work based on the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model is a therapeutic approach that recognizes we all have different “parts” within us that hold emotions, roles, and protective patterns. By building awareness and compassion for these parts, you can heal inner wounds and respond to life from a more calm, grounded core.

Energy Psychology is a mind–body approach that combines talk therapy with techniques that help release stored emotional energy. It supports nervous system regulation and deeper healing by addressing both thoughts and the energy held in the body.

Quantum Light Wave Healing is an advanced energy healing modality that works with subtle light frequencies within the body’s energy field. It does not involve physical light or equipment, but rather works at the level of consciousness to support deep energetic clearing and transformation and multidimensional healing.

Oracle Cards are a symbolic tool used to spark insight and deeper reflection. The imagery and themes can help reveal subconscious patterns, emotions, or inner wisdom, supporting clarity and personal growth.

Intuition is inner knowing that arises through emotions, bodily sensations, imagery, or subtle awareness beyond logical reasoning. In therapy, Jill integrates clinical and energetic intuition to guide deeper insight and pattern recognition, while also helping clients strengthen trust in their own internal guidance. This work is grounded, collaborative, and balanced with psychological understanding and personal autonomy.
