I do not accept any health insurance. Payment is due at the time of service.

If you have out-of-network benefits:
Mental health services which include Integrative Mental Health, Parent Counseling, Play Therapy may be eligible for reimbursement. You can learn more about how out-of-network benefits work here.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

I accept all major credit cards for all services. Credit card information is saved in a highly-secured, HIPAA compliant highly-secured platform. The card is automatically charged the fee for service the evening that the service is provided and an invoice will be sent via email.

Flexible Spending Account (HSA/FSA) - If you do not use or have out-of-network benefits, you are able to use your HSA or Family Flex Spending accounts to make payment for any Mental Health Services. You may be able to use your HSA/FSA for energy healing services and may require a letter of necessity from your doctor to do so. Contact your HSA/FSA for more information.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation policy for all services requires 24 hours advance notice. Appointments canceled with less notice will incur the full session fee. I have discretion for emergency situations, and sudden illness.
