While Integrative Mental Health Therapy is for adults, I also offer play therapy for children.
What I do
I create a safe, supportive space.
I help you uncover patterns and make connections between your past experiences and how you respond today.
I work with the parts of you that carry pain, protection, and past experiences so they can be understood, unburdened, and heal.
I use clinical insight and intuitive guidance to help you move through what you have been holding, including emotional and energetic blocks so they can release.
This work focuses on clearing what is stored so change can happen.
I help you shift your perspective by developing new ways of thinking, noticing the positive, and understanding how your thoughts influence your experience.
I support you in integrating what you are learning so it carries into your daily life, including creating new narratives and developing a more balanced and compassionate view of yourself.
For those open to it, I may incorporate energy work and a spiritual lens to support the therapeutic process.
Over time, this work helps you reconnect with yourself, build self-trust, and experience more compassion and ease.
What to expect
Together, we explore what feels stuck and bring awareness to what is underneath your reactions.
You will be supported in talking through your experiences while also being guided inward through exercises that help you process emotions and access deeper insight.
Sessions may include guided exercises, breathwork, or somatic awareness to help process emotions, transmute blocks and shift how your system responds.
You will also learn tools you can use outside sessions to support yourself in daily life.
Each session is flexible and responsive to what you need that day.
